Our Story
Larry and Erica Savage founded Stay in Costa Rica in 2001. They started with a hand full of properties and employees. Rodrigo Postolov and Joaquin Rodriguez joined their efforts in 2002. Together with love and dedication to great customer service transformed the company into the Market leader.
Now Stay in Costa Rica manages over 150 properties in the Resort and has a team of 65 trained people. While we had opportunities to expand our commitment is to the Los Sueños Resort community and our guarantee is that we can be at the door of the properties we manage within 5 minutes. Hard work and years of continued growth allowed us to become Los Sueños official Rental and Management company. We now boast a premier location inside the resort’s exclusive Marina Village.
