I wanted to take a moment to express how incredible our family trip was and to thank everyone at Stay in Costa Rica for helping make it such a memorable experience. From start to finish, the concierge services provided by Daniel M. and Lourdes R. were outstanding. They coordinated every detail seamlessly and ensured that our vacation exceeded all expectations. Our experience began with a warm welcome from Ronaldo of Transruiz Transport Company, who met us at the airport and made us feel at home immediately. He even accommodated stops along the way so we could pick up refreshments and visit the famous Crocodile Bridge. We were then taken directly to the Stay in Costa Rica office for check-in before arriving at our beautiful condo, where the two golf carts we had reserved were waiting for us. The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures, and the views of the marina and property were absolutely spectacular. The next day, we had the pleasure of meeting Captain James Smith and his crew aboard the Dragin Fly. Our fishing excursion was truly unforgettable—we caught sailfish, mahi-mahi, and tuna. The breakfast, snacks, and lunch prepared on board were an unexpected delight and absolutely delicious. Another highlight was our trip to Manuel Antonio National Park. We were fortunate to have an outstanding guide, Ronald, and driver, Guillermo, who even picked us up directly from our condo. Their knowledge and hospitality made for a wonderful day exploring the park and experiencing Costa Rica's incredible wildlife. Although we originally considered having our freshly caught fish prepared during our stay, we ultimately decided to bring it home. Once again, the concierge team came through by referring us to Christian, who vacuum-sealed the fish for travel and even came directly to our condo. Now that's exceptional service! At checkout, we had the pleasure of meeting Lourdes in person. She was absolutely delightful and exemplified the professionalism and hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. Thank you to everyone at Stay in Costa Rica for making this one of the most memorable family vacations we have ever taken.
