Colina 7C- very nice unit with wonderful view! Well stocked, very clean and comfortable! All staff encountered were absolutely lovely and helpful! Very much recommended!

Colina 7c was clean and exactly what we wanted. Clean, safe and the perfect location. All correspondences was very professional and while always focusing on the customer. We loved Los Suenos and are returning in November.

Nothing but great things to say about Joaquin’s condo! As advertised; clean, spacious unit overlooking the Iguana Golf Course. 3 minute golf cart ride to Los Suenos Marina, and a short cab ride to Jaco. Short golf cart ride to Coco’s (restaurant) on the water.
First time AirBnBer, but definitely not the last time here.
Jaoquin answered all communications timely. Great host!

Location is excellent, quite close to the beach club and marina. The apartment is in top condition, all furniture and appliances are as good as new. We would definitely book the same unit again. There was a minor inconvenience with the parking spot which was taken by a golf cart but it did not affect our stay at all. Administration said they would have taken care of it had we notified.

Excelente lugar, muy acogedor para mi familia , tiene todo lo que se necesita para las cosas básicas, el apartamento muy limpio y en excelentes condiciones.
No recomendable si lleva muchas maletas y pesadas ya que hay que bajar muchas gradas para llegar al apartamento.
