Occupancy Limits for Los Sueños Resort Rentals
Occupancy limits are strictly enforced by Los Sueños Resort security and Stay in Costa Rica. These limits include adults, children, infants, registered guests, and non-registered visitors.
No non-registered guest is allowed over the approved occupancy limit. No exceptions are allowed unless previously approved in writing by the management company.
Condominiums
One-Bedroom Condominiums
Maximum occupancy: 2 people.
A few units may allow one or two additional guests. Please check with us before booking.
Two-Bedroom Condominiums
Maximum occupancy: 4 people.
A few units may allow one or two additional guests. Please check with us before booking.
Three-Bedroom Condominiums
Maximum occupancy: 6 people.
A few units may allow one or two additional guests. Please check with us before booking.
The maximum occupancy includes adults, children, and infants.
The maximum number of registered and non-registered guests is strictly enforced by resort security. No exceptions are allowed.
Private Homes
For private homes, occupancy limits vary by property.
In some homes, the maximum number of guests may be adjusted for a special event, dinner, or gathering only with prior written approval from the management company.
The limits below include registered and non-registered guests unless otherwise stated.
Villa Angel
Occupancy limit: 8 people.
No non-registered guests allowed.
No groups of single male travelers allowed.
Casa Plazoleta
Occupancy limit: 10 people, including registered and non-registered guests.
Maximum number of single male travelers: 5.
Casa Forest
Occupancy limit: 10 people, including registered and non-registered guests.
Maximum number of single male travelers: 4.
Casa Oasis
Occupancy limit: 14 people, including registered and non-registered guests.
Maximum number of single male travelers: 7.
Casa Magnifica
Occupancy limit: 10 people, including registered and non-registered guests.
Maximum number of single male travelers: 5.
Casa Vista Paraiso
Occupancy limit: 10 people, including registered and non-registered guests.
Maximum number of single male travelers: 5.
Casa Puesta del Sol
Occupancy limit: 12 people.
